## Description

As a Team Manager, Financial Crime, EU (Spanish Speaking), you will lead a team of around 12 Financial Crime Investigators, focusing on tasks such as screening, transaction monitoring, account closures, and escalations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the personal and professional development of team members

- Providing technical coaching on financial crime tasks

- Driving exceptional individual and collective performance

- Guiding individuals through challenging times and celebrating their successes

- Holding weekly meetings with team members to ensure everyone is informed, engaged, and performing in their role

- Aggregating team feedback and feeding it into operational leadership

- Handling complex case escalations from senior financial crime investigators

- Conducting quality checks on senior financial crime investigators

- Chairing employee relations cases and making decisions consistent with Monzo's values

Requirements:

- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

- Strong experience in team leadership across Financial Crime within the financial services sector

- Proven ability to drive excellent performance through others

- Strong knowledge and experience in the financial sector, particularly in financial crime investigations

- Strong knowledge of the current financial crime landscape in the UK and the EU
