## Description

As a Technical Coaching Lead Representative, you will provide technical and procedural coaching to a team of claims processors.

You will analyze trending and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to develop targeted performance plans, partnering with Claims Supervisors.

Your responsibilities include:

- Providing support for questions and delivering timely, efficient, and accurate responses

- Supporting, educating, and reinforcing consistent claim process flow

- Facilitating training delivery for current and new information

- Driving process improvement to enhance claim accuracy outcomes

- Being accountable for the team's overall quality results

- Engaging and partnering with aligned supervisors and teams toward quality improvement

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 2 years of technical claim processing knowledge application to the Diamond specific processing system

- Strong KnowledgeXchange research capability

- Customer service driven approach

- Problem-solving skills and technical expertise

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Demonstrated ability to teach, educate, and coach others

- Process improvement skills

- Fluent understanding and application of key tools and resources for claim processing

This role is based in Bengaluru, India, and typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule.
