## Description

We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager for Electrical Engineering at our Forsmark nuclear power plant in Sweden. As a leader in electrical engineering, you will be responsible for leading a team of over 70 employees and numerous contractors. Your main priorities will include managing construction activities, economics, competence supply, and work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the electrical engineering unit together with six team managers

- Prioritize and follow up on operations to ensure efficient resource utilization

- Develop effective workflows and strengthen collaboration with other technical areas, maintenance, and project operations

- Focus on long-term competence supply and employee development

- Contribute to the development of construction teams and competence hubs within Forsmark and Vattenfall's Business Area Generation

Requirements:

- Experience in electrical power, automation, or technical construction

- Experience as a manager with operational, personnel, and budget responsibilities

- Experience of working in leadership groups

- Experience of leading change and organizational development

- Ability to structure, prioritize, and drive complex projects forward

- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience from nuclear power

- Experience of leading other managers

- Experience from large investment or modernization projects
