## Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at St Paul's CE Primary School. You'll work 1-to-1 with a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and support individuals and groups to help them learn. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll establish an effective learning environment with teachers and other colleagues, assess individual children's needs, and provide feedback on pupil performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent

- Experience working with children, particularly in a primary school setting

- Ability to build strong relationships with children

- Knowledge of SEN support

- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusive practice, and equal opportunities

The role involves working 32.5 hours a week over 39 weeks of the year (term time only), with a salary starting at £28,617 per annum (pro rata).
