## Description

Greet, accompany and care for our customers and visitors Coordinate customer and visitor activities at the Porsche Centre Forward all information gathered to relevant colleagues Host our customers and visitors with refreshments Be responsible for the cleanliness and order in the customer lounge, meeting rooms and break room Prepare and design the customer lounge attractively Check stock levels and pass on orders as needed Assist with mail handling Support the Porsche Design Store

Requirements: Currently enrolled student at a university First-hand experience in customer service would be desirable High affinity for automobiles Excellent English language skills, ideally knowledge of another foreign language Good manners and a premium-standard appearance Well-developed communication skills and a high level of service and customer orientation

Working hours: Flexible, ideally 18 hours a week Workdays: Monday to Saturday
