## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to protect fairness, consistency, and trust as it grows from 1,000 to 4,000 employees across 50+ countries. The successful candidate will own sensitive and complex People cases, lead formal performance processes, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters, and coach leads through difficult conversations.

The role involves:

- Leading formal performance processes, including back on track plans

- Running fair and well-documented investigations into misconduct allegations

- Managing disciplinary, dismissal, and exit matters

- Partnering with in-house employment counsel and outside counsel to assess risk

- Building playbooks, templates, and training to raise lead capability and cut avoidable cases

Requirements include:

- Hands-on experience leading employee relations cases

- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive issues

- Solid working knowledge of employment law principles

- Skilled in writing clear documentation and coaching leads

- Comfortable moving fast and staying agile in a rapidly changing environment
