## Description

Join Razer's global mission to revolutionize gaming as a Senior Cyber Security Manager.

You will support the Head of Information Security in executing cybersecurity strategy, managing security operations and engineering initiatives, and improving security maturity.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Support the Head of Information Security in executing cybersecurity strategy, roadmaps, and policies.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align security objectives with organisational needs.

- Manage and optimise security operations, including bug bounty programs, vulnerability management, and security incident response.

- Assess AWS and Azure environments and embed threat modelling, secure coding, and security scanning into CI/CD pipelines.

- Lead AI security assessments and POCs covering data protection, AI gateways, and governance.

- Lead vendor evaluation, POCs, contracts, and service governance.

- Create and implement security policies and standards, ensuring compliance with frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.

- Support audits and compliance activities relating to applicable regulations and standards.

- Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

- Regularly update the Head of Information Security and leadership on security posture, risks, and initiatives.

**Pre-Requisites:**

- Minimum of 10 years in cybersecurity, with leadership experience across security operations, engineering, cloud, application security, or DevSecOps.

- Hands-on knowledge of SIEM/SOC, incident response, vulnerability management, and cloud security.

- Experience assessing AI security risks and controls.

- Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOX, and data protection requirements.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, vendor management, and leadership abilities.
