## Description

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their team at the Perth Support Centre. The successful applicant will work part-time hours (3 days per week) in the Balcatta office on a maximum-term contract for 8 months.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for delivering Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administration Tasks and Support for various FM Platform Business Systems used across Facilities Management accounts in Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting Sodexo Facilities Management Contracts with managing master and transactional data for all CMMS platforms

- Performing CMMS administration tasks such as managing user profiles, adjusting PM schedules, and modifying asset and location data

- Working with FM Operations and Projects Teams to extract and load data to and from various CMMS systems

- Providing support and troubleshooting for problems identified with CMMS processes or data

- Maintaining data integrity and management of assets data across all contracts in the nominated CMMS

- Providing key input to bid teams on new tenders with respect to systems and data solutions

- Preparing and updating process documents and training materials

- Providing training and onboarding for new FM Operations and Project Team members and vendors

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven knowledge of ERP systems, including Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

- Functional knowledge of asset, work order management, maintenance planning, and field service systems

- Good understanding of asset registers and ability to classify various asset groups

- Good understanding of Australian Standards and OEM manuals

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Strong written and oral communication skills

Desirable skills include:

- At least 3 years of experience working with an industry-leading CMMS system

- Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office products

- Ability to work remotely or travel occasionally

- Current C-class driver's license
