As a General Merchandise Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly team members and ensuring that our guests receive an excellent shopping experience. The starting pay range for this position per hour is $22.50 - $24.50, and the full pay range is $22.50 - $38.25 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including labour markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
