## Description

We are seeking an English Moderator for Video Gaming to join our team in Montreal. As a pioneer and leader in the Player Support field for over 15 years, we provide services for companies that publish and develop MMOs, virtual worlds, social games, casual games, mobile games and transmedia content.

Responsibilities: Review all incoming community interactions on different social media platforms. Moderate any prohibited and/or inappropriate content found therein. Review in-game chats and user-generated content for any prohibited and/or inappropriate content. Escalate Real-Life Threats as needed. Make justifiable judgment calls in regards to debatable content and edge case scenarios.

Requirements: Passion for video gaming and customer service. Comfortable with using VR devices. Excellent communication and writing skills. Fluent in English. Ability to juggle multiple tasks while managing your time efficiently. Good attendance rate and attention to details. Being fast, albeit thorough, reading skills. Experience in a relevant, similar, or related field (an asset). Up-to-date with the latest trends within the online community.

Schedule: 1pm to 9pm - Tuesday to Saturday Training schedule: 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday

This is an on-site position at 1751 Rue Richardson #7300, Montreal, Quebec H3K 1G6, Canada.
