## Description

The Supply Performance Manager - NAM role supports the Performance Senior Manager in NAM by converting standard data, dashboards, and workflows into clear regional performance insight and action tracking.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing clear NAM performance analysis, dashboards, and self-service reporting

- Leading annual budgeting and forecasting processes

- Monitoring actual spending versus budget and providing insightful variance analysis

- Partnering with functional leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives

- Ensuring accurate month-end close activities related to overhead expenses

- Developing and maintaining management reporting, dashboards, and financial performance metrics

- Providing recommendations to improve cost efficiency while supporting business objectives

- Supporting explanation of COGS, PPV, production variance, logistics, overhead, CAPEX, and demand-COGS drivers in simple business language

- Tracking actions, owners, deadlines, and follow-ups from regional performance routines and functional cost-owner discussions

The ideal candidate will have experience in FP&A, Supply Finance, controlling, performance reporting, business analysis, or transformation support roles. They should have a good understanding of supply chain finance processes, including COGS, manufacturing variances, logistics, procurement/PPV, overheads, standard costing, and planning cycles.
