## Description

As a Senior Support Developer at NEXT, you will be part of the Product Technology team that supports the development and maintenance of bespoke Product System applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide application and operational support, build and maintain relationships, and ensure efficient communication across the business.

Responsibilities:

- Provide application and operational support to product owners and customers

- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with stakeholders

- Provide efficient and effective communication with users across all levels of the business

- Maintain databases and ensure systems are configured with updated operational data

- Understand the business impact of incidents and prioritize accordingly

- Keep up to date with new applications and functionality, and identify systems issues

- Escalate high-priority and business-impacting issues to relevant individuals

- Ensure data integrity by recording actions for incidents and service requests

- Provide guidance and support to the Application Support team

- Identify and resolve production incidents

Requirements:

- Microsoft C# / .Net Framework / VB6 / .Net Core

- Microsoft SQL Server

- Microsoft Team Foundation Server

- Windows/Web Applications

- Test Driven Development (TDD)

- Model View Controller (MVC)

- Git / Azure DevOps

- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and multitasking
