## Description

We are seeking an experienced project leader/technical responsible within water and sewage (VA) projects. You will have a key position in both small and large assignments, working together with colleagues in project form. The work involves responsibility for customer contact, budget, progress, and problem-solving in work with development of tender documents, construction documents, and investigations in various types of projects for our customers, locally and nationally.

As a project leader within your technical area, part of the work will involve development of our internal process and delivery models, as well as competence development and coaching of your project colleagues.

You will join an open group with high competence level and good community. We help each other to become even more knowledgeable within our areas and provide our customers with the best technical solutions. In addition to your context with like-minded within VA, you will work closely with colleagues within other technical areas in our multidisciplinary assignments.

Requirements:

- Relevant post-secondary education

- At least 5 years of experience in VA-projects

- Previous experience as a project leader

- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
