## Description

The Data Center Networking Team at Cisco is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) to drive excellence in hardware programs. You will work closely with key hardware engineers, external suppliers, Global Strategic Management (GSM), and Supply Chain Finance to ensure cost savings and gross margin performance expectations are met.

As a SCPM, you will serve as the primary driver for supply chain readiness, total cost management, and BOM resiliency for all hardware programs from pre-concept through First Hardware Ship (FHS). You will validate the integrity of costed BOMs and forward costing to articulate main cost drivers, support standard and gross margin management through value engineering, commodity analysis, and BOM optimization, and lead ramp plans to ensure continuity of material supply and delivery between prototype and early production phases.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree and 5–7+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain and Cost Management or an equivalent field.

- Proven experience with cost avoidance, cost reduction, and value engineering.

- Deep expertise in understanding, analyzing, and managing product Bills of Material (BOM) and costing structures.

- Strong capability in root cause analysis and complex problem-solving within a technical environment.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills required to collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams in an interactive, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in manufacturing and process improvements to drive cost-down and lead-time improvements.

- Knowledge of PLM processes and experience with the Agile PDM system.

- Advanced analytical capabilities and strong presentation skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

- Efficient organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge and application of industry innovations and trends as they relate to product or program development.

The starting salary range for this position is $140,800.00 to $183,000.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits.
