## Description

We are seeking a Fund CFO Associate to join our Illiquid Asset Operations team at DWS Group in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations and finance of Private Equity & Multi-asset Illiquid asset products, with a focus on Private Equity Funds.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining relationships with Fund and SPV officers, banks, administrators, legal and tax advisers

- Supporting legal and regulatory compliance functions of the business

- Reviewing fund entity management accounts, quarterly NAVs, and statutory accounts

- Monitoring and assessing business and/or regulatory risks

- Assisting with the oversight of service providers

Requirements:

- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA) with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience

- Experience within the Alternative Investment Fund industry, preferably in Private Equity and fund of fund products

- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and solve business problems
