## Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager - BIL to join our team in Chennai, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the acquisition of target clientele across business instalment loan segments, building and strengthening a strong network of direct sales agencies in the market, and driving new business acquisition through the open market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business through the open market

- Build and manage a network of at least 10 direct sales agencies (DSAs) in the market

- Strongly manage DSAs and empanel new ones

**Requirements:**

- In-depth knowledge of products and policies

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and solve business problems
