## Description

Our mission on the Advertising Product & Technology team is to build a next-generation advertising platform that aligns with our unique value proposition for audio and video. We're looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join the Ads Design team, someone with a strong visual foundation and systems mindset who can craft beautiful, on-brand consumer ad experiences that scale across formats, platforms, and a global audience.

### Responsibilities

- Work on consumer-facing projects across the Spotify Advertising Platform to develop design solutions that feel native, polished, and on-brand

- Guide product development through visual explorations and high-fidelity prototypes, leveraging AI tools to move faster and push the quality of your craft

- Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to define solutions and contribute to longer-term strategy

- Work with user research teams to scope and support ongoing research projects that inform the consumer ad experience

- Design solutions with inclusivity and accessibility at the forefront, ensuring experiences work for listeners worldwide

- Share your work regularly with peers and participate in design reviews with design and company leadership

### Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant product design experience

- Strong visual design foundation and care deeply about the details that elevate work from good to great

- Curious about AI - whether that's using AI tools in your workflow, designing AI-powered features, or both

- Experience designing consumer-facing products, ideally at scale

- Enjoy working through ambiguity and can navigate spaces where there isn't always a clear path forward

- Believe in a culture of feedback and actively seek out input on your work and thinking

- Experience in advertising, media, or content-adjacent spaces is a plus

The United States base range for this position is $119,424.00 - $170,606.00, plus equity.
