## Description

We are seeking an Off-Cycle Analyst to join our Investment Banking division in Dubai. As an Off-Cycle Analyst, you will participate in the day-to-day activities of the Investment Banking division, gaining broad exposure to different types of clients, transactions, and specialist areas.

**Accountabilities**

- Collaborate on live deals, client pitches, and support the team with advising on a broad range of corporate clients, delivering holistic, structured solutions to meet client goals.

- Work with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for investment banking.

- Manage client relationships, provide customer service support to clients and customers, and process transactions.

- Develop and implement financial models and strategies that support decision-making in investment banking.

**Analyst Expectations**

- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement.

- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and experience in assigned area of expertise.

- Show thorough understanding of underlying principles and concepts within area of expertise.

**Off-Cycle Internship Overview**

- Join us on an Off-Cycle Internship for 3-6 months, immersing yourself in our work and culture, and gaining invaluable insights into life as a Full-time Analyst.

- Work on projects, including financial analysis and modelling, valuation, industry research, client due diligence, and developing written materials.

**Who We're Looking For**

- You must be in your penultimate or final year of degree, in any discipline.

- Fluent in English and Arabic desirable.
