## Description

You will join the Customer Service Team at Dow Jones, reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor. Your role involves providing high-quality customer support across various channels, assisting with product navigation, technical support, billing, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing customer support via telephone, email, web chat, and other channels

- Assisting customers with inquiries related to products and services

- Delivering professional and positive customer experiences

- Resolving complex customer issues using sound judgement and problem-solving skills

- Collaborating with teams to handle escalated issues efficiently

- Maintaining knowledge of Dow Jones products, services, systems, and procedures

Requirements:

- High proficiency in German for written and verbal communication

- Fluency in English for written and verbal communication

- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills

- Ability to quickly learn new products and systems

- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working in a contact center or customer service environment

- Handling complex customer concerns across multiple channels

- Experience with Salesforce or similar systems

- Background in customer retention, sales, research, or business information products
