## Description

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to support our sales team from within, acting as a crucial interface between customers and various internal departments. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless processes and optimal workflows.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with departments to guarantee smooth operations and optimise existing processes

- Serve as the central point of contact for customer inquiries, providing swift and competent solutions

- Work with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely quotes, coordinating internal delivery schedules

- Maintain and control data in the ERP system, adjusting sales prices as needed

- Ensure customer master data remains up-to-date and add new customers to the system

- Regularly generate reports for the team and management to inform strategic decisions

**Requirements:**

- Completed studies or training in a technical or sales-related field

- Initial experience in internal sales support or service, understanding the importance of smooth background operations

- Experience with ticket systems for handling customer inquiries

- Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension of connections to make precise and efficient decisions

- Ability to remain composed under pressure and work solution-oriented

- Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
