## Job Overview

The Strategic Marketing Lead, Texas, is a key partner to the Regional Marketing Director in Texas, driving marketing execution across multiple teams and markets.

## Responsibilities

- Develop integrated campaign plans, translating strategy into clear objectives, target audiences, and success metrics.

- Own the regional campaign calendar, ensuring timely and on-spec launches.

- Lead campaign development and execution across Production, Paid Media, Social, CRM, and Lifecycle.

- Coordinate with station leadership, communicating plans, status, and results.

- Establish measurement frameworks, tracking and reporting campaign performance.

## Requirements

- 5-7 years in marketing, integrated campaign management, or brand strategy, preferably in media or broadcast.

- Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns across multiple markets and channels.

- Strong written and verbal communications skills.

- Experience with campaign planning tools like monday.com or Asana.

- Familiarity with audience research, ratings, digital analytics, and performance measurement.
