## Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day vendor and other payments, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing support for financial closing activities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash management

- Review invoices and initiate payments on the bank portal

- Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements

- Work closely with the accounting team to book revenue and expenses in the Oracle ERP system

- Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities

- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports, including receivables, payables, and ad-hoc reports

- Ensure proper financial documents and procedures are in place

- Support audit activities until finalization

Requirements:

- Postgraduate or graduate qualification with 1-2 years of experience in accounting

- Good knowledge of accounting journal entries, MS Excel, and Word

- Experience with Oracle AP, AR, GL, and FA modules is an added advantage

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
