## Description

As a Security Officer at ABM UK, you will ensure the safety and security of clients' premises and personnel.

Hourly Rate: £14.39 Per Hour Contract: Full Time Permanent 42 Hours Per Week, 12 hours Per Day Work Pattern: 4 on 4 off including night shift

Responsibilities:

- Patrol premises to ensure security and safety of employees, visitors, and property

- Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activities or incidents

- Respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely manner and escalate as necessary

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential security risks

- Enforce access control policies and procedures

- Assist with implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop security awareness training programs

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role

- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures

- Strong observational and problem-solving skills

- Ability to remain calm and react quickly in high-pressure situations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
