## Description

We are seeking an experienced National Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Romania. As a National Field Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving commercial success by leading, coaching, and developing a team of Regional Field Sales Managers.

## Responsibilities

- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve field sales objectives across the country

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Field Sales Managers

- Plan and manage the Field Sales Team's KPIs and Field Sales Managers' KPIs

- Ensure achievement of defined KPI targets nationally, including store coverage, distribution, and promotional execution

- Develop and execute the National Field Sales Business plan in close collaboration with the Trade Marketing team

## Requirements

- 10+ years of FMCG experience, including leadership of large and multi-layered teams

- Demonstrated experience managing managers and driving performance through organizational leadership

- Valid driving license

- Leadership, motivation, and team skills

- Clear understanding of the market's sales & distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in FMCG context

- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with Field Sales tools
