## Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics Manager to join our team in Précigné, France. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the operational flow of the company, as well as the personnel involved in this process, with the aim of ensuring results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

**1. Coordinating and managing the operational flow of the company**

- Analyzing logistics data

- Collecting, processing, and disseminating information to meet customer demands

- Managing Demand Planning (production and commercial planning)

- Ensuring the flow of products through the company by:

+ Securing necessary product supplies for production 	+ Developing and implementing production planning processes 	+ Controlling the execution of these processes 	+ Ensuring contact and communication with customers and suppliers 	+ Resolving any potential disputes 	+ Organizing the supply chain (procurement, production planning, and distribution) taking into account customer constraints, internal constraints, and best practices in the field.

**2. Preparing, managing, and providing the necessary means to ensure product deliveries to customers within the agreed-upon deadlines, at the optimal cost, and in accordance with the contract**

- Declaring and analyzing incidents

- Studying and implementing means (materials, software, etc.) to improve the logistics performance of the company

- Ensuring the accuracy of transmitted information and compliance with employed standards

- Managing relationships with logistics service providers in collaboration with the purchasing department

**3. Managing your activity**

- Monitoring your activity's performance indicators on a daily basis, identifying discrepancies, and animating the resolution of problems with your teams and implementing corrective actions (logistics service rate and spare parts)

- Establishing action plans and coordinating the missions of your collaborators in a coherent manner

- Proposing the annual operating budget for your activity and controlling its respect

- Proposing the necessary resources to achieve your objectives and implementing the necessary actions for personnel movements (recruitment, transfers, dismissals) and investments, in accordance with budgetary forecasts and social constraints

- Developing the skills of your collaborators and proposing individual and/or collective training actions necessary to maintain the performance of activities in collaboration with the functional manager

- Implementing actions following an incident

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree + 5 years or equivalent in logistics management

- Knowledge of computer tools (Excel, GPAO, SAP)

- Experience in team management

- Experience in a similar position in a production environment

- Proficiency in English

- Ability to coordinate multiple specialties: expedition management, internal flow management
