## Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Executive focusing on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our SME client portfolio.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

- Maintain and grow the SME client portfolio

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Administer a portfolio of clients

- Detect client needs and provide solutions

- Build strong relationships with clients

- Achieve sales targets

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance

- At least three years of experience in banking operations, products, and sales

- At least three years of experience as an Account Executive and Segment Manager

- Intermediate English level

- Knowledge of markets and external regulations

- Financial Mathematics skills

- Know Your Customer (KYC) knowledge

- Familiarity with Retail Business Banking products for SMEs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset

- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change

**Working Conditions:**

- Monday to Saturday working hours

- Mobility to visit clients

**Desirable:**

- Certification as an AMIB Figure 1
