## Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR initiatives and day-to-day operations.

This internship offers hands-on experience in Human Resources and provides an opportunity to learn and contribute to employee-focused initiatives within a dynamic work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation

- Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality

- Assist in gathering data and creating reports for various internal and external activities

- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs

- Support the preparation of reports, trackers, presentations, and internal communications materials

- Assist in organizing training sessions and HR-related activities

- Respond to basic employee inquiries and provide administrative support as needed

- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Candidate must be enrolled in internship practicum units

- Willing to render at least 300 internship hours (per school requirement)

- Willing to report onsite at least two (2) times a week

- Proficient in utilizing Google Workspace applications (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet)

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
