Join Zscaler's People & Culture team as a People Partner and become the strategic force behind the Americas Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.

You will drive organizational scaling, navigate complex challenges, and shape business outcomes through predictive thought leadership and data-driven people strategies.

**Role Expectations**

- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Americas Sales GTM leadership, translating business objectives into high-impact people strategies and programs.

- Act as a trusted coach and counselor on complex employee relations matters, providing clear guidance to mitigate risk and strengthen leadership capability.

- Translate people data into predictive insights, delivering proactive recommendations that drive organizational effectiveness and talent retention.

- Orchestrate and own key P&C initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.

**What We're Looking for**

- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.

- Deep experience in strategic HR business partnering within a fast-paced, high-growth global technology company.

- Proven expertise in autonomously managing complex employee relations cases and coaching senior leaders.

- Demonstrated ability to own and execute strategic, cross-functional HR programs.

**What Will Make You Stand Out**

- Experience leveraging AI for HR, such as generating predictive workforce analytics.

- A demonstrated ability to anticipate future organizational risks and deliver proactive strategies.

- An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHRM) or relevant certifications.
