## Description

We are seeking a Client Consultant to join our Private Bank team at the Genova branch.

As a Client Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of private and family clients, providing them with personalized banking, financial, and insurance services.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage and develop assigned private and family clients, implementing commercial initiatives defined for the target market.

- Analyze clients' needs and provide assistance and advice on bank products and services.

- Contribute to achieving the branch's commercial objectives.

- Ensure continuity and quality of relationships, integrating in-branch interactions with the bank's digital channels.

- Ensure a high level of service, complying with relevant regulations and operational and administrative requirements.

**Requirements**

- Knowledge of main banking, financial, and insurance products for private and family clients.

- Ability to understand clients' needs and provide assistance and advice on products within your expertise.

- Commercial orientation, initiative, and ability to develop trusting relationships.

- Ability to collaborate in a team and effectively use digital tools and bank systems.

- Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support business challenges.

- Membership of protected categories under Article 1 of Law 68/1999.
