As a Senior Database Developer - RAVE, you will design and develop clinical data solutions, ensuring the efficient handling, analysis, and reporting of complex clinical trial data.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead the design, development, and validation of data science programming solutions for clinical trials.

- Collaborate with biostatisticians, data managers, and clinical teams to develop data specifications and analysis plans.

- Program and validate datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) according to study requirements.

- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of clinical data through rigorous quality control and validation checks.

- Mentor and guide junior programmers and provide technical leadership within the data science programming team.

**Your Profile:**

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline.

- Extensive experience in clinical data programming, with proficiency in Medidata Rave.

- Study database build and maintenance in Medidata Rave. Develop and validate Edit Checks, Custom Functions, and eCRFs (PPC Forms).

- Manage protocol amendments and post-production database changes. Work closely with testing teams to resolve programming and validation issues.

- Support system validation activities in addition to Rave programming. Experience with IRT integrations, external data integrations, ALS, and Lab Uploads. Knowledge of TDSBP processes is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
