As an Argos Store Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team within a Sainsbury's supermarket, driving business performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Create and lead a high-performing team, acting as a role model for customers and colleagues

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience managing a fast-paced operation, delivering results across service, sales, customer outcomes, and team performance

- Strong coaching and communication skills, with ability to support and challenge teams

- Ability to navigate employee relations, applying HR policies with consistency and care

- Experience developing and supporting performance and capability within a team

- Ability to lead through change, keeping teams motivated and focused
