## Description

This job will lead a team responsible for the design and delivery of the full suite of benefits offered in your region.

You'll be accountable for the overall vendor strategy and the financial management of programs, and you'll partner with local stakeholders on a roadmap to increase engagement.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

- Develop strategies and recommendations to evolve regional benefit programs, aligned with local and global objectives.

- Review and assess benefit programs for financial management, compliance, competitiveness, and effective delivery.

- Lead the end-to-end vendor review process with brokers and consultants, overseeing renewals and RFPs for regional benefits and service providers.

- Build program evaluation metrics with vendors and thought partners to support decisions to maintain, enhance, or sunset regional benefits.

- Monitor benefits escalations and themes raised by employees to develop comprehensive engagement plans.

**Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:**

- Owns US benefits strategy across retirement, healthcare, and leave/time off, ensuring programs are competitive, financially sound, and aligned to market benchmarks.

- Partner with Finance on all US benefits financials and forecasting, including IBNR, accruals, budget planning, and cost trend analysis.

- Partner with the US Healthcare lead, Leaves & Time Off benefits manager, and Retirement Delivery & Administration role to drive an integrated US benefits roadmap.

**Requirements:**

- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience with retirement plan strategy (401(k) design, vendor oversight, benchmarking).

- Strong financial acumen, including experience with benefits forecasting, IBNR, and working directly with Finance/Accounting.
