## Description

We are seeking a full-time Support Associate to join our team in Vilnius. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for supporting customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone, ensuring smooth delivery operations, and developing our support function alongside other teams.

Responsibilities:

- Support customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone

- Ensure smooth delivery operations

- Develop the support function with the support team and other teams within Wolt

Requirements:

- Great communication skills with a personal touch

- Customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset

- Fast learner, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Fluent in Lithuanian, with professional working proficiency in English

The successful candidate's starting hourly pay will fall within the range of €1,825-€1,910 EUR per month.
