## Description

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a 6-month intern to join their Corporate Department - Natural Resources, Energy, Infrastructure Projects team in Paris from July to December 2027.

The team advises mainly extractive industry players (producers, traders, and banking institutions) operating in Francophone Africa on their operations, including corporate, financing, and regulatory matters.

As an intern, you will assist the team with legal research, drafting legal consultations and contracts, participating in audits, and supporting colleagues and partners with their daily tasks.

The ideal candidate is a Master 2 student specialised in business law, with strong legal knowledge and preferably a dual degree (e.g., IEP, Anglo-Saxon university). Fluency in English is essential.
