## Description

Join TEKEVER's dynamic team as an IT Support Specialist. You'll ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, delivering reliable technical support and maintaining robust, scalable systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide local and/or remote user support

- Assist in the installation of hardware and software systems

- Provide IT support for employee onboarding and offboarding experience

- Analyse and acquire IT equipment

- Support in troubleshooting technical issues and network problems

- Create and maintain technical and procedural documentation

- Install, configure, and maintain equipment

- Administer and maintain the company's and branches' infrastructure

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems

**Requirements:**

- Technical or higher education in IT-related fields

- Proven professional experience in similar roles

- Knowledge of networks and IT systems

- Experience with programming, routers, switches, and servers

- Ability to work independently and solve technical problems

- Resilience, proactivity, and dynamism
