## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Metro Centre, Gateshead. As a frontline role, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell our newest food products, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and potential full-time hours during peak periods

Working Pattern:

- Monday: 09:00-15:30

- Tuesday: 09:00-15:30

- Wednesday: 14:30-21:00

- Saturday: 10:00-16:30

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
