## Description

We are seeking a group leader for mechanical construction and process technology at our site in Varberg, Sweden.

As a group leader, you will have personnel and competence responsibility for a group within mechanical construction and process technology. The group initially consists of around four employees and is expected to grow as the business develops. Your employees work largely in different assignments and projects.

Your important task will be to create cohesion and a common context while following the individual's deliveries, competence, and development needs. The business is in a change and growth journey where working methods need to be developed, coordinated, and standardized.

As a leader, you will be crucial in creating security, clarity, and structure even when not all parts of the way forward are given. You collaborate closely with other managers, project and business representatives, and the businesses where the group's employees carry out their assignments.

The business works with:

- Mechanical construction and detail construction

- Process technical systems and industrial plants

- Technical documentation, drawings, and specifications

- Calculations and technical analyzes

- Renovation and new construction of industrial and process plants

- Development of working methods, methods, and digital tools

Requirements:

- Documented leadership experience, preferably from a role with personnel responsibility

- Experience in leading and developing employees and competence

- Ability to create structure, clarity, and security in a business under change

- Good cooperation and communication skills and experience working with several different stakeholders

- Ability to follow up and support employees working in different assignments

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing
