## Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Practitioner to join the Encompass Fostering Therapeutic Service. The successful candidate will undertake assessments, support, and supervision of foster carers in the Encompass Hubs.

The Encompass Fostering Therapeutic Service provides extensive support to therapeutically trained carers to care for children with higher needs in a family-based setting.

Key responsibilities include:

- Undertaking Encompass Family Assessments

- Conducting home visits to Encompass families and carrying out supervision and support

- Attending PEP's and CLA reviews and other relevant meetings

- Undertaking unannounced home visits

- Keeping Encompass family's compliance checks up to date

- Attending relevant panels and meetings for matching purposes and reviews

- Working on projects within the Hub to achieve outstanding status

- Collaborating with children's services for the best interests of the children and young people

The salary for this position is up to £55,749 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition, you will receive up to £2000 annual retention payment and £2000 Golden Hello (for new employees).
