## Description

As a (Junior) Regional Marketing Manager at Red Bull in Dresden, you will support the Senior Field Marketing Manager in establishing a regional face for the brand.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Strategic development of relevant marketing channels in the East region, focusing on Dresden and its surroundings

- Organising and executing events, activations, and projects to increase brand awareness and sales

- Managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities

- Collaborating with various teams and partners to achieve synergies

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies for the Student Marketeer program in Dresden and Chemnitz

- Defining goals and reviewing performance for Student Marketers

- Supporting the creation of the annual business plan and ensuring its implementation

Requirements:

- Completed university degree

- Fluent German and very good English language skills

- Experience in marketing and knowledge of the Red Bull brand

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of the region and target audience

- Willingness to travel (50-60%)
