As a Medical Acceptance professional, you are the heartbeat of Insify. With every contact moment - whether it's an application, a question, or a complex medical situation - you ensure customers feel heard, supported, and well helped. You work quickly, accurately, and continuously improve. With a growing medical acceptance team and expansion into multiple European countries, you play a direct role in making a real impact.

As a Medior Medical Acceptant, you are an independent and experienced force within our medical acceptance team. You assess complex AOV applications, work closely with medical specialists, and actively contribute to the quality and optimization of our processes. You need little guidance - you take on your work and execute it. In return, we offer you the flexibility that comes with it.

Responsibilities:

- Independently assess AOV applications, including complex medical files

- Discuss complex cases with medical specialists

- Identify bottlenecks in processes and actively contribute to improvements

- Think along with the further development of the medical acceptance policy

- Act as a sounding board for junior colleagues where necessary

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in medical acceptance, preferably within AOV or similar products

- A solid medical background - you don't need to have diagnoses explained to you

- Independent, result-oriented way of working

- Excellent communication skills in Dutch

- WFT certification is a plus
