## Description

At Bayer, we're seeking a Process Leader to join our night shift team in Saxonburg, PA. As a Process Leader, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. You will ensure that all operations are conducted efficiently and safely, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include: Ensuring accuracy of quality, shift and production records and data entry; Training and/or directing the efforts of Ops or team trainers to ensure team members effectively perform job duties; Leading the development and execution of team improvement plans to achieve higher levels of operational excellence and performance; Providing day-to-day feedback, both recognition and opportunities for improvement to team members on their performance; Conducting/directing ongoing training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge; Supporting ongoing continuous improvement projects; Assisting in the process of implementing corrective actions, including recommended disciplinary actions, in order to resolve individual team member performance issues; Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all team members, other Process Leads, Production Supervisors, Production Manager, Production Planners and Quality, Engineering and Maintenance support personnel; Tracking attendance, approving PTO and documenting hours for payroll purposes; Providing input into performance feedback, including administration at the direction of management; Monitoring all training records for team members to ensure compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3 years of overall relevant experience in medical device assembly, mechanical assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, and 1 year of leadership experience. You will also need to have 1 year of quality control experience, 1 year of production planning or inventory control experience, and proven sound judgment, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
