## Description

We are seeking a Business Operations and Growth Lead, Asia to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of the Chief Business Officer's organization, you will drive growth and expansion in Asia, working closely with country teams and central functions.

The Asia region presents a significant growth opportunity, but it is also complex, with diverse markets at different stages of maturity. You will own the Asia business reporting and operating cadence, leading the delivery of regional growth levers and the cross-functional roadmap.

Your typical day will involve:

- Leading end-to-end operations and delivery of selected regional growth levers

- Owning the regional business reporting structure and cadence

- Driving accountability on delivery through cross-functional collaboration

- Building AI-enabled automation into regional reporting and operations

- Synthesizing data and insights into actionable recommendations for the regional business

- Conducting deep dives into operational topics as needed

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or program management, ideally in a marketplace or consumer technology environment

- Experience managing programs or operations across multiple countries and time zones

- A proven track record building and running business operating cadences for a distributed organization

- Exceptional cross-functional orchestration and operating discipline

- Strong analytical fluency and comfort with numbers

- Fluency in written and spoken English

Desirable skills include hands-on experience with growth levers such as incentives, promotions, and coupons, as well as familiarity with the business, economic, and cultural environments across Asia.
