Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work in a high-pressure environment, thriving under pressure, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver remarkable service to make sure customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store.

Work pattern:

- Sunday 8pm-5am

- Monday 8pm-5am

- Tuesday 8pm-5am

- Wednesday 8pm-5am

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
