As an Account Executive, Enterprise (SLED), you will play a pivotal role in expanding Freshworks' footprint within Higher Education institutions. This role focuses on engaging multiple stakeholders across colleges and universities, delivering customized ITSM and EX solutions, and empowering institutions to drive productivity and employee satisfaction through our advanced software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies for Higher Education clients

- Collaborate with diverse decision-makers to address unique challenges

- Build, maintain, and execute a robust sales pipeline

- Create and present compelling value propositions that align with institutional goals

- Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams to create seamless experiences

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5–8 years of proven success in SaaS enterprise sales

- Advanced knowledge of SaaS platforms and ITSM solutions

- Mastery in solution selling and pipeline management

- Strong analytical abilities to assess customer needs

The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000 , $165,000 USD + Variable Compensation. Freshworks offers multiple options for dental, medical, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as equity, flexible PTO, and wellness benefits.
