## Description

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to manage client relationships for mid-sized clients or clients within a part of the mid-sized market or a large region. You will grow revenue by leveraging IQVIA's full range of offerings and identifying new business opportunities.

**Essential Functions**

- Assist the sales team in selling IQVIA products and services within assigned accounts or territories to achieve assigned revenue goals under direct supervision.

- Participate in sales and proposal presentations in face-to-face meetings with potential clients.

- Identify contract expansion opportunities within assigned accounts and elevate them for qualification and decision-making.

- Interface with marketing, market research, and IT at the user level in existing and prospective clients.

- Represent the company to clients and clients to the company in all sales-related activities.

- Monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and provide feedback to account team members on the level of customer satisfaction.

- Effectively manage renewals and subscriptions.

- Participate in contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contracts as required.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Four years of experience required.
