## Description

We are looking for an insurance professional with strong product, governance, and regulatory experience, who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable owning complex initiatives end to end.

The Associate Director, Product Delivery & Governance is responsible for providing strategic leadership over product implementation, product governance, Day 2 product management and ensure products and/or strategic priorities are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with business objectives.

**Position Responsibilities:**

- Lead the implementation and delivery of prioritized Hong Kong High Net Worth (HNW) initiatives.

- Drive data product development and system integration to enable HNW customer identification, segmentation, and servicing capabilities.

- Coordinate the delivery of differentiated HNW customer propositions and experience enhancements.

- Support the design and implementation of the future-state HNW Target Operating Model.

- Ensure execution excellence through effective project planning, governance oversight, risk management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

- The role is expected to evolve into a broader Product Owner / Delivery Lead position, responsible for driving the implementation of strategic product initiatives across the end-to-end product lifecycle.

- Ensure delivery capacity, prioritization, and execution are aligned with business growth objectives.

- Drive execution excellence through disciplined planning, governance, and stakeholder management.

- Establish and own the enterprise product delivery strategy and operating model.

- Own the development of user requirements and partners up with IT BA/IT PM to deliver on the system changes to support the delivery of the product initiative.

- Provide insights into product delivery, technology and market trends.

- Effectively communicate desired outcomes based on the agreed product roadmap.

- Focus on risk management, work with legal and compliance departments to obtain necessary approvals and support.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Undergraduate degree in finance, marketing, business, or related field.

- 10+ years relevant insurance experience and a strong track record in project delivery and execution.

- In-depth knowledge of financial services and industry practices.
