## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll be working in a high-pressure environment, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving. As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling our newest food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment

This is a seasonal role, working during the Christmas period. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

The schedule for this role is as follows: Week 1: Sun 13.00-21.00 Tue 16.00-00.00 Wed 16.00-00.00 Thurs 16.00-00.00 Fri 16.00-00.00

Week 2: Mon 16.00-00.00 Sat 16.00-00.00

You should be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible to work across various areas of the store.
