You will join the Purchasing team at Ubisoft's international headquarters as a Marketing & Production Buyer Assistant.

Your responsibilities:

- Participate in implementing purchasing policies across our studios and handling purchasing files from need expression to contract finalisation.

- Source suppliers, elaborate on tender calls, and negotiate purchases with suppliers.

- Manage contract finalisation in close collaboration with the legal service.

- Analyse certain purchasing service performance indicators.

- Provide reporting on purchasing performance indicators, risk analysis, and responsible purchasing.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing higher education in Purchasing, Commerce, or equivalent.

- Ideally, have prior successful experience in this field.

- Enjoy teamwork and possess strong relational qualities, negotiation skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

- Assertive, proactive, and diplomatic.

- Demonstrate great rigour and organisational skills.

- Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Curious and interested in the video game production universe, with a desire to evolve in an international context.
