## Description

We're seeking a Manager, Silicon Operations Production Planning to lead our networking silicon operations and supply planning team in Santa Clara.

As a Manager, Silicon Operations Production Planning, you will build and lead a dynamic team of operations supply planners. You will act as a vital connection within Operations, Engineering, and the Business Units to set priorities and supply strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning operations' supply commitments for multiple Networking silicon chip product families

- Presenting supply challenges to the management team and making recommendations for resolutions

- Driving the team to craft an optimized production schedule for multiple products and SKUs

- Influencing decisions on dependent demands of substrates and other materials

- Collaborating with teams and leaders from wafer planning, datacenter systems planning, and business unit representatives

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor operations, supply planning, or a relevant area

- 3+ years of experience managing teams with direct reports

- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration

- Effective communication, problem-solving, teamwork, organizational, and quantitative skills

- Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel VBA, SAP
