We are seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor to join our JSP Home Services team in Kingston, NY. As a Comfort Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions for their homes.

## What You'll Do

- Meet with homeowners in their homes to evaluate their comfort needs and recommend HVAC replacement solutions

- Conduct professional, engaging in-home sales presentations

- Build trust with customers by listening to their concerns, educating them on their options, and providing solutions that fit their needs

- Explain HVAC equipment, comfort solutions, and financing options in a clear and easy-to-understand way

- Prepare and present proposals that meet customer needs and company standards

- Close sales while maintaining a consultative, customer-focused approach

- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process

- Work with company-generated leads from marketing, repeat customers, referrals, and your own prospecting efforts

- Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience from the initial appointment through installation

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within company systems

- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals

- Represent JSP with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at every customer interaction

## What We're Looking For

- Previous HVAC Comfort Advisor, In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or consultative sales experience preferred

- Experienced HVAC technicians who are confident communicating with homeowners and interested in transitioning into sales are encouraged to apply

- Excellent in-home presentation and communication skills

- Strong ability to build trust and establish relationships with customers

- Self-motivated, assertive, and results-oriented

- Strong closing skills with exceptional follow-through

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities

- Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience

- Ability to conduct business with honesty and integrity

- Experience presenting financing options or selling home improvement solutions is a plus

- Flexible schedule with the ability to accommodate customer appointments

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
